Fantastic experience: This is a wonderful facility. I travel from the Pocono’s to come here. They accept my insurance and they have a beautiful office. The staff are so friendly. I found a dentist I like. This is rare for me to say I might add. No judgement, no nonsense, friendly service from reception to scheduling to the dental care team. Most of those who leave reviews seem to always only leave negative reviews and often good reviews aren’t given. I am very happy with the practice here.

Fantastic experience: They know what they are doing and are very good with their patience I recommend!! I got 3 teeth pulled and they did it all at once I didn’t have to come back. The only down fall is the wait time.

Fantastic experience: This is the worse dentist I have ever been to! First they agreed to do an upper and lower denture then suddenly said no lower. They cleaned my teeth and then said my lower 5 teeth needed to be pulled due to cavities! Who ever heard of pulling teeth because of cavities!!!Why didn’t they assess this before cleaning them. Not only that but the dentist that took my X-rays assured me I did NOT need to have any teeth pulled besides that if they pulled my lower then what would my current partial attach to?!!! I got a second opinion at another wonderful dentist that said nothing needs to be pulled rather they will fill the cavity and put crowns on my other teeth to save them! And I will be getting new dentures too and bottom. If i would have let smile Krafters do what they wanted I would have had 5 teeth pulled for no reason and I would not have a new lower denture and no way to hold my current lower denture! If I were you I would get a second opinion before believing what smile Krafters tells you

Fantastic experience: Brinda did my denture scan and she was awesome. Very friendly, explained what she was doing and really made me feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I had to have 9 teeth extracted and they did a great job. I wish I lived closer bc I would make this my primary dentist!

Negative experience: I took my daughter there for wisdom teeth extraction. Our consultant took 3 hours for us to talk to the dentist for 20 min.....I scheduled her appt for the extraction for 2pm. We were instructed to have eat her last meal at 5am, no food or drink after that. We arrive at 1:30pm for appt. She was taken back at 5:45, she was finished by 6:30. They called me back and she was awake and groggy, but within 10 min she was unresponsive pale white and dripping in sweat. They put her back on oxygen and checked her sugar, it was 54. They had to put an iv back in for fluids along with an additional iv for dextrose. They also had to give her dextrose under the tongue 2x. Not once did i meet the oral surgeon, i only dealt with the nurses. We had an hour drive home. Very unprofessional and irresponsible in my opinion. Why make a 15 year old go without food or drink for over 12 hours. Scheduling is a joke!

Negative experience: Walked Out! Scheduled a consultation for oral surgery for my daughter. Walked into a waiting room with at least 50 people in it with people playing their music, video games, watching TV. So loud and chaotic. Waited at the desk, ignored by the only overwhelmed front desk person. The phones were ringing off the hook and people were complaining about waiting for 2 hours. Didn’t even check in, just left. What a disaster of an office!

Negative experience: If there is a zero star, I would pick zero. It is common for patients to wait for at least two hours and they don't feel it a problem. After making the appointment, they'll call you to reschedule four or five times, each within 24 hours of the appointment. DO NOT recommend. Stay away from the clinic. Poor office and time management.

Negative experience: If i could give 0 star i would, this place is like a flea market packed like a sardine can, if you want to wait two hrs or more to be seen for your scheduled appointment then this is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Lockwood and her team are so friendly and accommodating. My 7 yo daughter needed fillings for the first time and they were so sweet and gentle with her. She didn’t shed 1 tear. They explained the whole procedure thoroughly so my daughter and I both understood what was going to happen. I highly recommend SmileKrafters

Negative experience: I had cleaning appointments but it was cancelled three times. I tried to reschedule one more time but there's an issue with the phone

Negative experience: After 3 tries, gave up trying to call for a first appointment. No matter which option I chose on their phone system it would hang up on me after a few seconds. Amazing how many businesses in 2025 don't know how to setup a phone system correctly.

Fantastic experience: Switching to SmileKrafters was the best decision. Professional setting. Competent, compassionate and informative workers. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate my son who has ASD. Wait time is reasonable and over all care my family and I have received has been incredible. Will continue to come.

Fantastic experience: Hello, I'm writing, I wanted to clarify, do you work with Health Partners insurance? If so, I need to remove the wisdom tooth because my tooth started to hurt, I took a picture and told me to remove wisdom teeth because they have nowhere to grow. Do you work with my insurance? Can you help me with my problem? If so, can I make an appointment?

Negative experience: Terrible experience. Avoid going if possible. We've called them over 50 times in recent weeks seeking a solution. My husband has visited 8 times, yet the issue remains unresolved. Appointments are canceled last minute, even when he's en route. On Friday, he was assured a prescription would be provided, but he had to call repeatedly until they finally sent the script. The manager never returns calls. They charged him nearly $1,000, and now we can't get clear answers. Is it normal that a dental hygenist does the fillings? He has been in agonizing pain ever since. He goes to the doctor and she calls out. There is 1 general dentist for the entire place. If she calls out there is NOBODY else for him to go to there. I've never encountered such unprofessionalism. It's alarming that this place is still open. I strongly recommend others find alternative options to prevent from suffering the same. Please, avoid this place if you can. It is 3:21 on 11/25, we were told we would get a call back by 4:00 pm with updates after the manager said she would call us back this morning with updates from the higher ups. Let's see if that happens. This place is a scam. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Call center staff is as helpful as they can be though however they can never get through to the actual office. Update- 5:35 pm and still no call from the manager. Absolutely the worst service and dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Sheyla, was fantastic. She did a really great job with my cleaning, she made sure that my comfort was considered, and was just a wonderful person. This was the least painful cleaning I have ever had. The office is a really busy office. But it seems to do good with moving people through. The dentist was very nice, the time spent with them was minimal.

Negative experience: I am very upset about my experience here. I recently had an operation done, I had to get put under anesthesia. When I woke up I was scared and felt weak, which lead me to cry, while I was crying I couldn’t keep my eyes open but I heard a man’s voice speaking with a female, the male was very rude..he called me dramatic and made fun of my cry. I was very upset and wished I had the strength to say something right at that moment.

The one doctor that has been doing my fillings called Shane, she’s very nice and so beautiful, whenever I feel scared for my condition of tmj she reassure me that I have nothing to worry about.

She was so patient and kind, he immediately warmed up to her and she built a level of trust with him, that I’ve never seen him have with anyone. She was so professional and personable. Fantastic experience: I am so grateful that they were able to take my foster son in for an emergency appointment. The atmosphere was calm and friendly. The receptionists were helpful and nice. There was a kid’s movie playing in the waiting room. The dental hygienist and dentist were very kind to my son. It was his most successful visit to any medical appointment by far. I couldn’t recommend this place more. I wish all foster parents knew about this place. I drove from an hour away, and it was so worth it.

I definitely recommend him to anyone especially if you are having any serious issues because he is the emergency Doctor. His assistant is also very good and explained everything to us in detail. Her name is Sheri. Thank you for taking your time and showing us that you really care. It makes the drive that much more worth it.

Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to a dentist in years, but a broken tooth and excruciating pain forced my hand. I went to my insurance and found the closest one accepting new patients. They were able to get me in the next morning. Because I'm me, and mornings never go well with 2 little kids and no second parent at home, I arrived exactly at the 15 minute late mark, and they still allowed me to be seen. The dental assistant, Anashia, was awesome. Super kind, up front, answered all my questions, and even laughed at my lame jokes! She did my xrays, showed me what she was seeing, asked what I was comfortable with having done, etc. I know she is good at her job because several times other employees came to her with their questions, and she kindly helped each one with a smile. Super multi tasker award! Dr. Tariq was so kind, informative, flexible, and efficient. And lastly, at discharge, I had a couple requests for different estimates. Joie was awesome, worked up quotes in all different ways, helped me apply for financing, amd got me out the door with a smile on my face, despite it still being numb. Kudos to the entire staff for a dental visit I have no complaints about!

Negative experience: Maxine beyond great. Sweetest person and very attentive. My surgery on the other hand, they gave me no pain meds before I left. I was in pain for my 2 and half hour ride. Had to wait until I got all the way home to go to pharmacy. Absolutely ridiculous. I literally was passing out all the way home from pain. I won't go back down there.

Positive experience: The initial consult with Dr Chris went well. On the day of my surgery I arrived and was taken to the back to by a blonde nurse heather. When waking from sedation she kept pinching my shoulder. I have a previous injury in that same shoulder. She did it twice and I told her that I was awake. She was like well if I don’t see your eyes open I will do it again. Professionally she’s horrible. How do you say that to a patient. She had no idea how on top of the pain from my procedure I now also have to deal with pain in my shoulder.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was wonderful. The ladies at the front, Joey who helped me figure out finances, to the doctor who was honest. The place can be chaotic but I didn’t wait long for my appt and even got me in to pull three teeth. This place is 1hr from me but I’ll be back.

Fantastic experience: I came to smile crafters seeking help with my younger sister mouth. The staff is so understanding and pleasant. The Director was so helpful and understanding. I appreciate all the help they have given my baby sister.

They were both friendly, attentive, and really helped ease any nerves I had. Their professionalism and caring attitude stood out and made a big difference in my experience. The oral surgeon explained the procedure clearly, and I was given detailed aftercare instructions, which helped my recovery go smoothly. I truly felt like I was in good hands. If you’re looking for a place where the staff genuinely cares and treats you with respect and professionalism, I highly recommend Smile Krafters.

Negative experience: 0% would never recommend this location. My husband got a tooth pulled today- he was called back to a room after 30 minutes- waited in a room for a hour without anyone seeing him. I ask the front desk lady if this is normal and we needed to reschedule and she said no- the doctor just came in late today. (She later told my husband a different excuse). After 2 hours, they see my husband. He paid for the plasma that was recommended by the doctor for the best results. We paid the extra 100 for plasma. He gets home and says he doesn’t think it was done. I’m thinking how could that be possible? I Call and ask- they say if you paid it was done! We asked where does the blood come from? It would have been drawn from his arm. I would advise if you ever added plasma, confirm it was even done, other wise they just pocket your $100? Crazy! I wonder what else is “forgotten” when you let them put they put you to sleep!
