One session with this practice and it was actually tarter/plaque that was stained, not the teeth. Now it’s all gone! I needed a lot of different work done, and was referred to the Anthem location by my Daughter (who also loves this location and Dr. Rosales) and in turn I have referred several of my friends and coworkers. Every time I go in, it feels more like a chill visit than a stressful appointment. The whole place is super clean, the vibes are right, and everyone is friendly and professional. But seriously, Nikki makes the whole experience next-level. She’s so sweet, always makes sure I’m comfortable, and somehow keeps me laughing even when I’m in the chair. She explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand and just makes you feel taken care of, like you’re not just another patient. I never thought I’d say I look forward to the dentist, but here we are. Boston Dental is where it’s at, and Nikki is the heart of it. 10/10 recommend.

Negative experience: This dental office has a way of making you feel comfortable with their friendliness and you think by that you are in the hands of a trustworthy staff that was up until I had my crowns put on. I paid for a total of eight crowns but only received half that amount. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized what had happened and contacted the office right away. The receptionist gave me some information over the phone that still did not explain the reason for only getting 4 crowns instead of eight. The dentist never got on the phone. Surprised?? Not in the slightest. Be careful when you go into this office that tells you one thing and you get something else altogether!!!
