Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing. EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER HERE IS AMAZING! They did so well with my kids, especially the woman that cleaned my son's teeth.. she answered every question he had, and there was a lot lol. She had so much patience, she made him so comfortable and gave him such a good experience. The dentist was also so good with my kids, was very detailed in explaining everything, doesn't just jump to pull teeth or or do anything unnecessary. This place is 10/10! I am so happy that we decided to switch dentists for my kids and found this place!

Fantastic experience: Okay, I don’t like writing reviews, I’m too lazy lol but you guys DESERVE IT!!! I took my 3 babies today (8,3, and 10 months) by myself and you guys know how hard it is to take 3 littles out! But the staff, OH MY GOSH. You guys are the definition of going above and BEYOND. Immediately I walked in to all the girls at the front with huge smiles on their faces. They treated each of my children with so much care, and made them feel soooo comfortable. You are all so gentle, patient, and super sweet! They let me borrow a charger because my phone was dying. They offered me water. They explained every procedure. It’s the little things to me that make my day ❤️ The office is extremely clean. I went to change my baby in the bathroom and it’s so cozy and organized. They even had wipes and some diapers. 1000000 % recommend going here! Oh! And they gave my girls prizes which got them super excited! Thank you again First Bite!

Fantastic experience: My kids LOVE it here! They always look forward to their visits. Our assistant, Mia, was kind; she's great with kids and you can tell she actually enjoys her job. The staff is friendly, and Dr. Nguyen is awesome! Our appointments always run very smoothly. My kids don't mind waiting in the lobby which offers multiple sensory toys to play with. Their favorite part is picking out a small prize at the end, and the new claw machine was such a fun surprise! Thank you for making us feel comfortable and making our drive totally worth it.

The full staff was really nice, Mia attended us she was really gentle and made my daughter feel really comfortable during her check up. They have Disney giveaway tickets, a claw machine, a little prize for the kids after the appointment.

Fantastic experience: This was our first visit right away was impressed by the inside and my kids names on the the welcome board for new patients. Cleanliness was amazing. Staff was very welcoming and they were able to do two cleanings and two exams in a very timely manner. Dr. Viss was great with my kids. Definitely happy with finding this office.

Fantastic experience: First bite has been my boys dentist for a couple years! The staff is always friendly and great when I have questions. Dr. Nguyen is good at explaining everything and has patience while working with my kids. My boys have each had to have some work done on their teeth and Dr. Nguyen was so gently and sweet. We plan to stay with this office and always recommend anytime someone asks us. An added perk for the kids is they always ask what show each of my kids want to watch and they get to pick a special prize after each visit.

Being able to come in and know they have your best interest and your child’s oral health is TOP PRIORITY eases my nerves. I can’t remember the other providers name but she has the patience of a saint. Even with my son and his theoretics she got the job done!!!! Fantastic experience: We have had several appointments for my 6 and 2 year olds, and we will never go anywhere else! We came here after a former employee of theirs (who works at a clinic near me, that I had called previously) discreetly and kindly over the phone, recommended this Pediatric Dentist. I was in search for a new dentist to treat my kids after a few negative experiences at another place. I am SO pleased with their service, their patience, their overall demeanor with the kids. They are always smiling and the energy is great. I do love that they have private rooms available for treatments. It would be a great option for families with sensory sensitivities or kids who are, we’ll just say, more vocal haha. My son had his first check up and I was able to hold him during his quick exam. My 6 year old had 2 teeth pulled and some cavities filled. She felt comfortable the whole time and looks forward to her visits! This office was also so clean! It is worth the drive for us and we will continue to book our appointments here! Thanks to everyone who was involved in my kid’s care!

Negative experience: Ok .. today we went to the dentist for the first time for my 2year old. The lady in the phone said it would cost $225 with x rays but that she probably wouldn't need them. So I assumed it would be cheaper without x rays. When I got there that is the price with or without x rays. Which seems ridiculous. Then our appointment was at 4 PM and we waited 40 minutes to see the doctor. We waited 30 minutes in the lobby. Once the doctor came in. I was sitting in a normal chair and my daughter laying on top of me on a blue pad, not a dentist chair and he looked in her mouth for 30 seconds brushed her teeth And that was it all for $225 and then being 40 minutes late for a 10 minute appointment. The doctor was informative and nice, but overall, I will not be going back.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Peter Nguyen is the best dentist. This office is extremely professional, the entire staff is friendly and helpful to answer any questions/concerns. It is obvious that they make cleanliness a priority in their office as well as making sure the families feel comfortable and have a great experience. My 3 children love going to the dentist. They have been coming here every 6 months for the past 2 years. My eldest has had a few procedures, and Dr. Nguyen has always made her feel safe and informed about what's happening. Their favorite part about each visit is choosing a small prize and getting a goody bag with floss, toothpaste, and a toothbrush, which reminds us it's time to toss their old one out. Also, the front staff is very good at reminding me of their appointments well before and even sends a message the day of.

Negative experience: Hate to leave a bad review after 3+ years, but unfortunately I had a terrible experience. 3PM appointment on Friday, pulled child out of school early, arrived at 2:50PM only to be informed that there's a new policy (they apparently texted or called everyone to inform them, but somehow not me, even though they called on Weds to get insurance information). You MUST put a card on file if you want to be seen, or pay in advance and then get reimbursed when your insurance pays. I was willing to do neither for obvious reasons (massive cybersecurity concern having card information at a dentist). So, three years down the tubes over a terrible new policy they've decided to add.

The doctor took his time with us and was super helpful explaining answers to questions we had. Truly a great find for our kids’ dental care!

Fantastic experience: If I could give 10 starts I would. Walking in it’s so clean the floors literally shine. The front desk staff was so friendly and thorough with the paperwork, checking in was quick and easy. They even had a welcome new patients sign with my son’s name on it! Andre our dental assistant was kind and so great at communicating with my 4 year old and made him feel so comfortable, I was very impressed. Dr. Peter was amazing as well. He was knowledgeable, explained treatment plans and options I had and seemed to truly care about my child and his experience. I was referred to First Bite after sharing a traumatic experience we had at our old pediatric dental office with a client, and after that my son has been very nervous about the dentist, but he was completely fine and smiling the whole time here. We loved it! 10/10

The staff went above and beyond as she needed a tooth extraction. I truly believe she received the best care here. Fantastic experience: Me and my son have never felt so relaxed and at ease at a dental appointment! It started out with my kiddo's name on their board to welcome him as a new patient. Then they were super patient as they allowed him to choose the Disney program he wanted, and he was at total ease as they did dental pics and an exam. In an environment where he can be at unease, my kiddo was happy and cooperative. The prize at the end sealed the deal - we will be excited to return!

Fantastic experience: We took my 11 month old to his first appointment not knowing how it would go. We walked in and immediately saw his name in the new clients board and felt at home. The staff was wonderful and the doctor was so quick and efficient and answered all our questions. I would recommend First Bite to any parents who are worried their littles won’t do well because I was worried but it exceeded all expectations.

Fantastic experience: I brought my son to first but dental for his cleaning and check up. I was worried because he fell and knocked one if his baby teeth out. It’s healing well and they reassured me that there was no damage to his adult teeth. The nurse and the doctor was really amazing. They spoke to my son and explained everything they did before they did it. They made everything very painless. My son said he was afraid of going to the dentist and they made him feel like a star. Fantastic experience: We love this dentist! Such a clean and friendly place. My 3 year old daughter just finished some dental work, and she sat so well the entire time! The staff and especially doctor made her feel safe and comfortable that really helped her to stay calm. Dr. works fast but is efficient and makes sure everything is good before we leave. I bring all 4 of my kids here. Thanks again First Bite! See you guys next time.

Fantastic experience: Took my 1 year old to his first dentist appointment here at First Bite and let me just say that they exceeded all of my expectations for my littles first visit! Dr. Nguyen along with our great nurse was so informative and reassuring. My little one will definitely be returning!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nguyen and his staff was exceptionally, very professional. They were very patient with the kids. The doctor was very friendly and took his time to explain everything to us. Best experience with pediatric dentistry since we’ve been to a few in Vegas.

Fantastic experience: Everything was so smooth, from the first time calling them to see if they were taking new patients and if they accepted our insurance and to how soon they were able to see my 2 kids (ages 2 and 13). They were really nice and understanding about me having to call my insurance to make the doctor change and calling them back to schedule an appointment. I liked the fact that we could do all our paperwork online before the appointment. When we went to our appointment we didn't wait long, they were super friendly and gentle with kids as it was both their first time ever going to the dentist. They have tv's mounted to the ceiling and let the kids pick a movie from Disney+ and also shades to wear while having their teeth done. Dr. Nguyen even sang while cleaning my 2 year olds teeth. She wasn't nervous or scared at all. I liked that they were very organized and able to take care of them both at the same time. At the end of the visit they both got to pick out toys even got entered to win a trip to Disneyland because kids had no cavities. Too bad we don't get to see them again till another 6 months. BEST 1ST DENTIST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Fantastic experience: Such a great experience. They had a sign up front welcoming first time patients. The dental assistant that did my daughter’s X-rays was a gem! So patient and explained everything to her step by step. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Everyone here was so friendly! My 19 month old daughter was very anxious but they were so amazing with her on her very first dental visit. The dentist even sang her a little teeth brushing song to calm her down as he cleaned her teeth. Loved it! So happy with this place and my daughter was even more excited to leave with a new toy after her visit! Thank you for being so great.
