Fantastic experience: About 2 years ago I needed a tooth pulled out and I couldn’t get an appointment anywhere else. They worked with me and help me the same morning. Fast forward, this year with my new dental insurance I picked this dental suite as my dental care place, nurses are friendly and Dr. Josee is great! It’s a 30 min drive but very worth it.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr. Josee Jansen at Mesquite Dental for several years, and every visit has been excellent. She explains treatment clearly, never rushes, and checks in often to make sure I’m comfortable. My cleanings and my crown were done carefully with zero pain, and the results look great. The front desk is organized, text reminders are helpful, and wait times are minimal. The office is spotless and uses modern equipment. From the desk, Diana is amazing to all their staff! ****************************** 100000% recommended! I got a crown and a filling with Dr. Josee and her assistant Rebeca! They were amazing! Also got my cleaning and I’m so happy with the service provided. I also recommended my husband and he was pretty happy as well with the service. They have bilingual staff and all staff is so kind and attentive! They make you feel really comfortable! Highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment for a consultation with Dr. J at Mesquite Dental Suites last week. We got started on the work today and let me tell you I was really, really nervous. Did I mention that I'm over 50 and actually worked for a dentist in the 80's, but I was so nervous I actually cried during my consultation? Purely all on me, but they were great that very first day and wonderful today!! They helped accommodate my anxiety and work to get a lot done today, keeping my comfort and anxiety a priority the whole time. They even sent me home with a care package that included applesauce, chicken noodle soup and ramen to make sure I had the proper food to eat today. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: “I brought my wife to Mesquite dental suite for her appointment, and we were both really impressed. From the moment we walked in, the staff made her feel comfortable and at ease (which is huge because she usually gets nervous at the dentist). The doctor was patient, explained everything clearly, and made sure she was comfortable the whole time. As her husband, I really appreciated how well they treated her and the genuine care they showed. We left feeling confident that she’s in great hands here. Definitely a clinic we’ll be coming back to.”

Fantastic experience: Dr. Josee is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had! She goes above and beyond in every aspect of her care, from making you feel completely comfortable in the chair to explaining things in a way that’s easy to understand. She never makes you feel judged or guilty, even if it’s been a while since your last visit, and she truly understands that life can get busy. At the same time, she emphasizes the importance of preventive care and helps you stay on top of your oral health without any pressure, just genuine encouragement. I always leave her office feeling cared for, informed, and confident in my smile. I can’t recommend her enough!

Negative experience: Didn’t want to do it but had to. There temporary crowns suck they fall off and if it happens during the weekend to bad to sad. someone I texted told me they were out of town and they don't open on Saturdays they did my temp crown on Friday at 4 and if came off saturday 10 am what??? they told me to go and by a temporary paste at walmart , well I did and almost ended up with an infection it was so uncomfortable I had to go to an emergency dentist pay 300 bucks to get the temp crown properly placed. They called me on Monday that the permanent was ready I went and I explained what I went thorough how much I had to spend and the stress of it all do you think they cared nope. They just said I understand you had to do that its just what it is, they charged me around 1k for crown just imagine the disappointment when my temp crown fell off less then 24 hours of placing it. But anyway just wanted to leave my experience here you have been warned

I have been to many dentists but she is by far the best I have had - up to date technology, greeted with all smiles, great communication, & didn’t have to wait in the waiting room for hours! Fantastic experience: Best Dentist experience I have ever had! I suffer from anxiety and have had many bad experiences in the past with dentists who were not understanding or supportive. Their impatience made my anxiety even worse to the point that I just avoided the dentist altogether. I would only go to address problems I couldn’t ignore. Dr. J is the kindest, friendliest, most supportive and understanding dentist I have ever met. She goes above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable. She is never impatient if I have a panic attack and need to break for a moment to calm down. She has never tried to make me feel embarrassed or ashamed. Just calm, understanding, and empathetic. My experiences there were so positive that I referred my daughter to her, and then we referred my mom to her as well. They love Dr. J every bit as much as I do and will continue to see her for our dental needs for as long as she is willing to treat us. I didn’t even mention that the facility is clean, welcoming, filled with amazing, kind staff members, and well equipped. Want to watch Netflix while you’re getting your work done? You got it. And the dental work itself has been well done and completed in an efficient manner. If you’re looking for a great dentist, this is the one.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jansen is the first dentist that I enjoy going to - the staff is personable and makes the environment so comfortable. I recommend it to EVERYONE. Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom teeth removed here and they helped me so much. I was terrified but they walked me through every step! I originally found this place for my husband because he wanted me to find him a dentist who was nice and patient due to previous trauma with other dentists. Once I saw them work their magic with him, I knew I also wanted to be their patient. I then had a baby and now he’s also their patient.. they treat our whole family and I couldn’t be more grateful to have found them. I’m always greeted by name and always work with us with costs of procedures too. I’ve referred friends and family to them because I first hand know how important customer service is as well as skill. So many people work the same business hours as most dental places so the fact their schedule gives you space and time to fit it into your day even after work hours, is just amazing. As someone with severe dental anxiety, I was extremely nervous about my appointment, but Sophia and Dr. Jansen went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. They took the time to explain everything in detail, check in with me throughout my procedure, as well as offer calming words and much needed distractions. Fantastic experience: My husband has been coming here for a couple of years and loves the staff and has never had any complaints about the care he’s given. Our two boys have started coming with him now too. They are getting excellent care and love how the staff don’t make you feel bad when your kids don’t want to take care of their teeth. I was nervous because i have Parkinson's and I never know how my body reacts. I felt very little pain at all and my teeth (she had to fill two teeth) look wonderful. Fantastic experience: We have been using Dr. Jansen and Dr. Hintze for over 3 years and honestly they couldn't make us feel more at home. The days of being anxious to go to the dentist are long gone. We thought we had found not only the perfect Dentists but the nicest people.... But then my wife and I had our first child in 2021 and our second in 2023 and now both of our children go to Meqsuite dental suite. At that point we realized that the Meqsuite dental suite aren't the just the nicest people you will meet but the kindest most patient. Every time we go in the kids get to chose something from the toy basket and are just made to feel at home. So for as long as Dr. Jansen and Dr. Hintze will have us we will be there. My children will never under stand the anxiety of going to the dentist, and i really enjoy going to visit the team every 6 months!

I can’t recommend Dr. Jansen and Mesquite Dental Suite enough—hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had!

Negative experience: I will be filing a formal complaint with the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners. What I experienced at this office was not merely unprofessional — it was deeply negligent, dismissive, and frankly, inhumane. A few days ago, I had my wisdom teeth surgically removed at another dental practice that has since closed its doors. Still in considerable pain and barely able to speak due to the lingering effects of the procedure, I reached out to this office in the hopes of getting a follow-up evaluation to ensure I was healing properly. When I called, no one asked for my insurance information. I was simply told I could come in — then the call was abruptly ended, as if my concerns were of no consequence. Despite the intense discomfort, I drove myself to the office, hoping to be seen. Upon arrival, I was met not with empathy, but with unwarranted judgment and cold indifference. The receptionist outright refused to take my insurance — not because it was declined, but because she assumed, without asking, that I didn’t have any coverage. I wasn’t even given the opportunity to state my provider so that she could attempt to verify it. My information should have already been in their system, as I had previously scheduled an appointment. Even if their internal processes differ from other practices, I was clearly in visible pain, simply asking for help. Instead, I was told I would need to pay a $99 copay based on “unverified insurance” — again, without any effort made to check it. I was dismissed without a shred of concern or care for my condition. I left the office in tears, in just as much physical agony as when I had arrived, now compounded by emotional distress. I had only wanted to know if I was experiencing dry socket — a common, painful complication that I had every reason to suspect. Later, I attempted to call again, hopeful that someone else might answer and be willing to verify my insurance before I returned. Each time, I was sent to voicemail, even though their posted business hours indicated they were still open. The entire ordeal was appalling. To be in that much pain, to seek out care in good faith, and to be treated with such disregard — it was both heartbreaking and unacceptable. No patient, under any circumstance, should ever be treated this way.

Fantastic experience: Mesquite Dental Suites is the type of business you want on your team..specifically healthcare team. They’re very transparent. I am one with some trepidation of the dentist due to pain and finances but they are one to put you at ease. They provided me a thorough breakdown of cost and priority. They aren’t “pushy” and they are kind. Kindness goes a long way. They even provide what I call a goody bag after a procedure (I had some teeth pulled) and I thought that was so sweet and thoughtful! They also check-in! And lastly, one of my highlights is the option of texting. Like you don’t have to jump through hurdles to contact them! I def recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and nice! Highly recommended! I’ve been to numerous dentist offices and felt like money was their only concern! No follow up calls or emails! Mesquite Dental Suites is the opposite! As soon as I walk into the office I was greeted with everyone I was in contact with. I will definitely be back!! Thank you for making my day better.

Fantastic experience: I used to get anxious going to the dentist until I found Mesquite Dental Suite. Dr. Jansen and Dr. Hintze are truly the best. Their team is super friendly, and they make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in.

Fantastic experience: I had 2 of my wisdom teeth extracted last week! Everything was handled with care and I was fully informed on the process. I am currently healing beautifully and plan to complete my dental plan with Mesquite Dental Suite! Also an observation I made - Dr. Jansen is very personable. She knew every patient that walked through the door and made them feel welcomed. She made it seem like you had been at her house last week and was being invited right back in without skipping a beat.

Fantastic experience: The best Dental Care and Team that I’ve ever encountered with. Dr. J and her Team/staff are so understanding and supportive. They have good vibes, they listen and don’t judge. They are understanding and they answer every question that you have and give recommendations for all of your Dental healthcare needs. They are amazing; definitely recommend 100 Million times! They are like family ☺️. They keep you laughing and even allow you pick your own music to listen to while you are getting your dental care attended to. I highly recommend them to any and everyone. They have flexible scheduling and accepts most dental insurance and they do offer payment plans/options all that will help accommodate your needs. Don’t walk, run to the Mesquite Dental Suite right next to the Subway and in between Layla’s Day Spa for all your Dental health needs even if it’s just a cleaning. Tell them “Cola” sent ya!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist usually isn’t on my list of favorite activities, but Dr. Jansen, Dr. Hintze, Yoana, and Diana just might’ve changed that. The second I walked in, Diana, greeted me with such a warm vibe I thought I accidentally walked into a spa instead of a dental office. Yoana did my deep cleaning, and let me tell you—fast, painless, and my teeth have never felt so fresh. She deserves a medal (or at least a trophy-shaped toothbrush). Dr. Jansen and Dr. Hintze were the dream team—super professional, gentle, and explained everything without any of the confusing “dentist lingo.” The whole office vibe is chef’s kiss. Clean, calm, and full of good energy. If you’re looking for a dental squad that makes you feel taken care of from start to finish, this is it. 10/10 would absolutely trust them with my smile again!

Fantastic experience: So happy I Found my new dentist. We went to Dr Jansen at Mesquite Dental suites because I saw she was recommended by a few different people on a friends page. My son and I were both looking for a new dentist and I am so glad we came here to try her. We are both very happy. I think Dr Jansen as well as all of her staff are amazing. They are all so friendly, caring and they explain everything so you are comfortable with what they are doing. They also have some late days so it worked out that way as well. I highly recommend Dr. Jansen and her staff!

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best dentist ever ! Every single person in there is amazing. If I have any questions I can text these guys and get an answer within an hour. The dentist has made me so comfortable I am no longer terrified of needles. I wish I discovered this place years ago.
